Every event runs for the date range printed on its card — typically two to four days. The countdown is anchored to midnight Cairo time on the final day, so you always know how long you have to decide. The moment the timer hits zero, the storefront closes and no new orders can be placed.

Each event is curated from real outlet stock, which means quantities are finite. Popular sizes, colours, and limited drops can sell out within hours of going live. Adding items to your wishlist before the event opens is the most reliable way to secure exactly what you came for — once we go live, the app prioritises your saved picks at checkout.

You pay for the items themselves inside the app at checkout — that's what locks in your spot. Shipping is invoiced separately once your package has been received and weighed at our U.S. warehouse, with a final figure based on actual weight and your chosen tier. You confirm the shipping cost before we dispatch to Egypt, so there are no surprises in transit.

Anything you buy through a live event lands at your personal U.S. address alongside your standard shop-and-ship parcels. We hold every package free for up to thirty days, which gives you a generous window to consolidate event purchases with other orders into a single, cheaper shipment to Egypt.

On the rare occasion an item you ordered can't be sourced — a last-minute store-side stockout, for example — we refund that specific line in full to your original payment method within three business days and notify you inside the app. The rest of your order continues through the normal pipeline without delay.

From the moment your package leaves our U.S. warehouse, expect 21–30 days to your door in Egypt. You'll see live tracking updates in the app at every step — U.S. handover, international leg, Egyptian customs, last-mile courier. If anything stalls, our team reaches out before you have to chase us.
