  • How is shipping cost calculated?

    Shipping is priced per kilogram using a tiered rate that drops as the package gets heavier. We add a flat handling fee on top, and that's the total you'll pay on shipment.

  • How long will delivery take?

    Once your package is paid and leaves our U.S. warehouse, expect 21–30 days to your door in Egypt. Customs occasionally adds a day or two; we keep you posted at every step inside the app.

  • Can I consolidate multiple orders into one shipment?

    Yes — and it's almost always cheaper. We hold packages free for up to 30 days at our U.S. warehouse, then ship them together so you pay one combined per-kg rate instead of several smaller ones.

  • Do you ship dangerous or restricted items?

    We can't ship lithium batteries above a certain capacity, liquids over set volumes, perishables, or anything banned by Egyptian customs. Reach out before shipping if you're unsure — we'll check for you in advance.

  • How do I get my U.S. forwarding address?

    Download the BoxIt app, create a free account, and your personal U.S. warehouse address appears on your dashboard within minutes. Use it at checkout on any American store.

  • How do I pay for my shipment?

    When your package arrives at our U.S. warehouse, you'll get a notification with the final shipping cost. Pay inside the app with a card or supported wallet, and we'll dispatch the same day.
